Isometric drawing is a type of non-metric drawing in which three sides of an object can be seen in a single view.

Isometric drawings are used as shop and shop drawings for pipeline fabrication.

It also provides the draftsman with the ability to calculate angular deviations in the pipeline.

Isometry is initially used to determine the line length.
