====== Integers ======

Integers are the set of whole numbers and their opposites.

The set of integers is denoted by the symbol **Z**.

The set of integers includes all positive whole numbers, negative whole numbers, and [[en:math:algebra:number:zero|zero]].

Numbers greater than 0 are **positive** and numbers less than 0 are **negative**.
